1) In the Year 1972
Foundation stone of AMBALAL PATEL & Co. was laid by visionary CA Ambalal Patel as a proprietorship in his early years of practice.
2) In the year in 1993,
CA Saurin Patel joined his practice to carry on the same at new level. He is a key member of our team who brought out potential of our team helped to reach to a level what we stand today.
3) In the year 2002
We got empanelled with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C & AG of India).
4) In the year 2004
Taking this growth story further CA Ghanshyam Jajal joined our firm in 2004. He was instrumental in bringing technological advancements in current practice to serve our clients even better and to work in more organizational manner.
5) In the year 2009
CA Nikunj Patalia joined our firm. It was time when new generation of CAs joined our organization to take the same to new milestone. He is a person who spread our existing practice to new areas of professional avenues.
CA Saurin Patel cleared CPA (USA) exams and opened up the scope of expansion and diversification of our practice area.
We got peer reviewed by Peer Review Board of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) and got the Peer Review Certificate for Proper Audit Documentation.
6) In the year 2011
We shifted our office to new, more spacious and key business location. By this time we have sufficient infrastructure and core team of talent to serve more groups of clients.
7) In the year 2013
Taking this growth story further, AMBALAL PATEL & Co. and JETHALIYA & ASSOCIATES merged to build more stronger and larger firm of Chartered Accountants. CA Ratan Jethaliya & CA Nilay Bhavsar, existing partners of JETHALIYA & ASSOCIATES added to core team of CAs. Both these partners are qualified Company Secretary (CS). So, this is value addition to our existing portfolio of services.
Looking at growth of the Firm again we got peer reviewed by Peer Review Board of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) and got the Peer Review Certificate for Proper Audit Documentation.
Also we are awarded Category I firm by ICAI for conducting Banks Audits.
